1. General Provisions
By placing an order on DopeTech Nepal, you agree to these store terms, our delivery terms, and the 1-year limited warranty policy. We reserve the right to verify, confirm, or decline orders in cases of stock exhaustion, typographical pricing errors, or unverified contact information.
2. Product Catalog and Availability
We curate mechanical keyboards, switches, keycaps, and accessories with clear specifications. Minor revisions in packaging or batch manufacturing from brand suppliers may occur without affecting functional quality or warranty entitlement.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Delivery inside Kathmandu Valley is flat NPR 100. Delivery charges outside the valley are quoted manually via WhatsApp. Orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD) or doorstep QR scan. Full payment is due upon delivery.
4. Order Verification and Refusal
To maintain reliable courier fulfillment, every submitted order requires telephone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. Repeat uncoordinated order refusals upon courier delivery may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery eligibility for future orders.
5. Governing Law
These terms and commercial transactions are governed by the laws and commercial regulations of Nepal. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
