Hardware Warranty

1-year limited hardware warranty on mechanical keyboards, mice, audio gear, and peripherals.

All genuine hardware purchased from DopeTech Nepal carries our 1-year (365-day) limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and internal component failures from the date of delivery.

Component Coverage Overview

Mechanical Keyboards
Covers primary PCB circuitry, internal controller chip, factory solder joints, hot-swap sockets, LED backlighting diodes, and stock connectivity cables.
Gaming Mice
Covers optical tracking sensors, primary micro-switch functionality, scroll wheel encoder mechanisms, internal battery cells, and wireless USB receivers.
Audio and Headsets
Covers acoustic speaker drivers, microphone pickup elements, volume potentiometer dials, and internal wiring harnesses.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • ·Damage caused by liquid spills, chemical cleaning agents, corrosion, or foreign object ingress.
  • ·Physical trauma including cracked casings, sheared USB ports, pulled cable cords, or broken switch stems.
  • ·Unauthorized modifications, custom firmware flashes that brick hardware, or DIY soldering alterations.
  • ·Natural cosmetic wear and tear, including keycap shine, faded legends, and worn mouse skates.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Reach out to our technical team on WhatsApp (+977 9801690693) with your order number or purchase invoice.

2. Describe the hardware symptom and share a brief diagnostic recording demonstrating the failure.

3. Bring or dispatch the hardware to our Lalitpur service facility for assessment. Under warranty, eligible units are repaired, provided with genuine replacement parts, or swapped for an operational unit.
